To see the full ordinance, higher up on the "Town Code" page, click on the Fairfax Municipal Code link to go to the American Legal Publishing Corporation website. Once there, select your frames/no frames preferece, and when the Municipal Code page appears, enter "Pesticide" as your search term and click the Search button.

Fairfax Pesticide Application Notice Requirements

The total ban on the use of pesticides on the commons can be separated from the notification portion of the ordinance if a city wanted to do that.
